General Operative – Join Our Production Team! Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? As a General Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll help to produce high quality products, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support continuous improvement across the line. Full training is provided, with opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills. What You’ll Do Operate and set up production line equipment (butchery, packing, weighing, labelling). Follow daily production plans and report any issues or delays. Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene and safety. What We’re Looking For Experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential). Good standard of English is essential. Strong team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Good numeracy, organisation and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work on your own initiative.
