Role: General Operative – Product Assembler
Location: IDA Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11
Salary: Starting salary €14.50. Progression depends on reaching KPIs
Working hours: 8.30 to 17.00 (Mon-Thu) and 8.30 to 16.30 (Fri).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 20 kg.
• Standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

DUTIES

· Assemble office chairs and monitor arms from components using hand and power tools and work in other areas such as upholstery, mesh room, cushion room, inspection.
· Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures
· Inspect completed products to ensure they meet required standards and customer specifications.
· Identify and report any faulty components or production issues.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
· Assist with packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch.
· Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE as required.
· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to improve processes or reduce waste
