Role Overview:

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
• Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualified Operatives 12d and 12ab and above

• £600 loyalty bonus in month 6 from the start date if the employee is still with us
• ANOTHER £600 loyalty bonus in month 12 from the start date
• After 12 months, recruited Operatives will be eligible for a £300 performance bonus every 3 months - in line with all other trained Operatives in Class One

Trainee

• £200 loyalty bonus in month 6 from the start date if the employee is still with us
• ANOTHER £200 loyalty bonus in month 12 from the start date
• After 12 months, recruited Operatives will be eligible for a £300 performance bonus every 3 months - in line with all other trained Operatives in Class One

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in UK
• Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points.

Desirable but not essential:

• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2).

• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
• Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.
