QUALIFICATIONS

• NMC-registered Practice Nurse with recent primary care experience
• Confident in managing long-term conditions and working independently
• Skilled in using clinical systems Emis– desirable but not essential)
• Compassionate, organised, and a strong team player
  Job Type - Practice Nurse, 18-month fixed term contract for maternity cover - 30 hours per week.
  Start date flexible and to be agreed.
  Job Types: Part-time, 18-month fixed term contract (possible permanent role at the end of the fixed term)
