JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pegasus Home Health Care Services L.L.C is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic General Practitioner (Doctor on Call) to join our dedicated home healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a valid DHA license or eligibility and be available for on-call services, including home visits across various locations in Dubai and nearby areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility with working hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays on rotation)

• Provide timely on-call home visits to patients as per medical need and dispatch
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients based on clinical protocols
• Prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care
• Work closely with nurses and case coordinators for continuity of patient care
• Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation and reports
• Respond to emergency calls when required
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and care quality at all times
