Registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.

Grampians Health is seeking a suitably qualified GPs to work in either of our general practices (Stawell Medical Centre or Read Street Medical Clinic Horsham).
The practice provides a wide range of general practice services as well as servicing 2 local nursing homes. There are also opportunities available at Stawell local hospital for additional roles in the Urgent Care Centre and in-patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, contemporary general practice services to the community of Stawell as a member of the Stawell Medical Centre (SMC) or at Read Street Medical Clinic in Horsham

• Participate in any quality and safety, improvement activities as required

• Meet all AHPRA, AGPAL, speciality College and Grampians Health compliance and accreditation requirements as required
