KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality primary care services across a range of clinical needs
• Manage a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
• Support the ongoing management of chronic disease, health promotion, and preventative care
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and multidisciplinary team discussions
