You’ll provide acute episodic care via phone and video for non-emergency presentations like coughs, colds, and UTIs. Patients are pre-screened by a nurse-led triage service, so you’ll only consult with those who meet clinical criteria—no chasing, no admin overload.

Your focus:

• Medical Advice, Prescriptions and medical certificates
• Reduce ED presentations by offering timely care
• Ensure consultation notes are uploaded to MyHR or forwarded to the individual’s GP to support continuity of care.
• No radiology, pathology, or specialist referrals
