We offer both comprehensive General Practice and accredited Urgent Care services, delivering a wide range of healthcare support to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our community. General Practice services operate on weekdays, while our Urgent Care service is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year. With a collaborative team of more than 110 healthcare professionals and a range of onsite support services, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and patient-centred care to enrolled patients, casual visitors, and the wider community. About the role We are seeking a General Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to an enrolled patient population. This role focuses on continuity of care, preventative health, and management of long-term conditions. You will work closely with nurses and the wider clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care while contributing to improved health outcomes in the community. This is a permanent role with flexibility across rostered shifts. Key responsibilities include: * Provide general practice consultations and ongoing patient management. * Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. * Deliver preventative care, screening, and health education. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow up on results. * Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals. * Support continuity of care and patient engagement.
