We are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our dedicated clinical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while contributing to the practices clinical governance, QOF achievement, and service targets. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with NHS and practice standards Manage a personal patient list, ensuring continuity of care Conduct consultations, including routine, chronic disease management, and urgent appointments Participate in enhanced services, such as minor surgery, vaccinations, long-acting contraception (where applicable), and other locally commissioned schemes Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records, including coding and documentation in line with NHS Wales and GDPR standards Actively participate in clinical audits, service development, and quality improvement initiatives Attend and contribute to practice meetings, safeguarding discussions, and multidisciplinary team review
