General Psychologist (Cantonese & Mandarin Speaking)
Location: Remote or On-Site (Chatswood, Hurstville, Burwood)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded, multidisciplinary allied health group with multiple clinic locations across Sydney. This established provider is seeking a General Psychologist who is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to support their growing caseload of clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
This role provides the flexibility to work remotely from any location within Australia or to work onsite at one of the three clinics situated in Sydney.

About the Role
As the General Psychologist, you’ll work with a varied caseload of children and adults, including clients funded through NDIS and WorkCover. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive allied health team committed to delivering patient-centred care.
Your language skills in Cantonese and Mandarin will be highly valued in this role, as many of the clients come from these language backgrounds.

  • Provide psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention across a broad age range.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best client outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Contribute to team culture and participate in regular case discussions and meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (essential).
  • Experience with NDIS and/or WorkCover clients is highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while engaging with a broader clinical team.
