Coolings Lifestyle is looking for two enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as General Sales Assistants. This is a seasonal position specifically to support our busy Christmas trading period. During this time, our Christmas shop is a major attraction, and we require extra support to ensure our customers continue to receive the exceptional service we’re known for.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Own transport is essential as public transport to us is not reliable.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Active and fairly fit

• Operating an EPOS till system and taking all forms of payment from customers
• Completing delivery notes as required
• To promote and enhance the Coolings brand
• Advising and helping customers on the shop floor
• Generating sales opportunities through interaction with customers
• Maintaining and tidying displays and putting out stock
