The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful high-volume import showroom and leading a talented sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES · Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies · Manage sales department profitably · Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources · Prepare for and conduct departmental meetings to convey information · Set the vision and philosophy for departmental operations to foster and support dealership customer satisfaction objectives · Manage new and used vehicle inventory · Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage · Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers · Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals QUALIFICATIONS Dealership sales management experience required Must be interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries Qualified applicants should email a resume or work history to our attention.
