Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Expertise: Understand the value of each step in the sales process and present yourself professionally in both appearance and attitude.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, putting them at the forefront of your priorities and responding to all their needs.
  • Dealership Operations: Oversee all dealership activities including those related to the sale, pre delivery, accessory upfit and handover of vehicles. Work closely with all Head Office departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, especially in a high-pressure environment. Display superior negotiation and closing skills to meet KPIs and sales targets.
