Description We seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our Hennessy Cadillac team in Duluth, GA. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to take full ownership of the sales operations at a high-performing luxury dealership. As the General Sales Manager, you’ll oversee both new and pre-owned sales departments, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. With no on-site General Manager, this role offers the unique opportunity to serve as the top operational leader at the store — guiding strategy, shaping culture, and making a direct impact on results. Key Responsibilities Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed volume and profitability goals. Oversee all showroom activities, sales processes, and customer experience standards. Utilize your financial acumen to analyze sales performance, market trends, and department metrics. Drive new and pre-owned vehicle operations including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing. Collaborate with executive leadership on advertising, promotions, and strategic planning. Champion the use of CRM tools to strengthen customer relationships and retention. Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, stepping in to resolve complex issues when needed. Review and approve appraisals, trade-ins, and promotional offers. Requirements Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Manager Finance (F&I) experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Outgoing and service-oriented attitude Knowledge of inventory control and management Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems Valid Driver’s License with clean, insurable, driving record Working Environment & Physical Demands Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
