QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years’ direct experience in an automotive Sales Management position.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and knowledge of automotive operations.
  • Experience in inventory management considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and train the sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
  • Assist Sales Consultants in processing and completing sales.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new Sales Consultants.
  • Host regular meetings to enhance skills and ensure accountability.
  • Provide support during the sales process, including resolving customer issues and finding out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Coach sales staff on various aspects of performance and help them overcome barriers.
  • Lead dealership marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with outbound calls to generate business and appointments.
  • Ensure vehicles are effectively displayed and merchandised.
  • Champion customer service by assisting with escalations and complex questions.
