Responsibilities
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales Executive teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Driving new and used car sales performance, including F&I penetration, accessory sales, and retention KPIs
  • Managing stock, forecasts, and departmental budgets effectively
  • Delivering an exceptional customer journey that reflects both our brands and Sandicliffe standards
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA and company policies across all sales activity
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to support career development and succession planning
  • Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
