QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in automotive sales management, preferably within a multi-store or group setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver consistent sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end sales operations, including inventory and F&I performance.
  • Proficiency with dealership technologies such as CRM platforms, Quorum DMS, Activix, vAuto, and digital retail tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with PrairieOne’s business objectives and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the new and pre-owned vehicle sales teams across all PrairieOne rooftops.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including gross profit per unit, closing ratios, and lead conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and floor traffic management, ensuring a disciplined and productive sales environment.
  • Coordinate closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain optimal stock levels and vehicle mix.
  • Support Finance & Insurance (F&I) product integration to maximize back-end gross and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and regular performance reviews with clear action plans and accountability metrics.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism, reinforcing PrairieOne’s reputation for integrity and service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on local advertising, digital campaigns, and community events that drive showroom traffic.
  • Ensure proper CRM usage across all sales reps, maintaining consistent customer follow-up and lead management standards.
  • Stay ahead of regional market trends, pricing fluctuations, OEM incentives, and competitor activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals, fostering a culture of development and performance.
