We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to join a well-established automotive dealership in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
As the General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff. Your focus will be on managing a structured and effective sales process, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and supporting your team to achieve new and used vehicle sales targets
  • Promoting add-on products, including finance and insurance
  • Driving second-facing activity and building customer rapport
  • Managing marketing campaigns and local promotions
