WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2–3 years’ sales management experience in a target-driven environment (motor industry essential).
• Proven ability to lead a team, set targets, and improve sales performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on hitting financial goals.
• Confident in analysing performance, spotting trends, and improving sales processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage staffing, support recruitment, and handle HR matters.
• Works closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with full permission to work in Ireland.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and deal closings.
• Plan and deliver marketing activities.
• Monitor team performance and ensure goals are met.
• Ensure high showroom standards and top-level customer handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain compliance and uphold brand standards.
