Position Overview The General Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, developing leaders, and ensuring a disciplined, hospitality-driven sales culture. You will lead: New & Used Sales Sales Managers Desk Operations CRM discipline Inventory strategy Sales process execution This role requires a proven operator who knows how to balance volume, gross, and culture — without sacrificing guest experience. Key Responsibilities Drive monthly sales volume and gross performance, managing PVR, closing ratios, aging inventory, and marketing alignment. Lead and develop Sales Managers and Consultants, creating a high-accountability, high-performance culture built on coaching and daily structure. Own CRM discipline and lead response standards, ensuring follow-up compliance, appointment conversion, and showroom effectiveness. Collaborate with F&I and Fixed Operations leadership to ensure seamless deal flow, product penetration, and long-term guest retention. Partner with the General Manager on forecasting, staffing strategy, inventory mix, and long-term growth initiatives.
