ABOUT THE ROLE

Dilawri Group of Companies is looking for a General Sales Manager at Triple Seven Chrysler!
The General Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team. As a leader they are responsible for budgeting, structuring, supervision, training of employees. They are responsible for ensuring profitability of the department, supporting vehicle sales and own customer loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of the auto industry and have demonstrated success in their previous roles

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting Sales Consultants in processing and completing sales;
  • Providing support during the sales process, including supporting customer issues, requests and finding out of the box solutions;
  • Coaching sales staff on various aspects and supporting them in overcoming situations or issues that impact performance;
  • Leading the way with marketing and advertising campaigns;
  • Purchasing vehicles from auctions, wholesaler, and customers;
  • Responsible for conducting sales analyses and comparing performance to targets
  • Ensuring vehicles are effectively displayed;
  • Leading the way when it comes to hiring and developing the sales team; and
  • Supporting and providing assistance to customer to answer difficult questions.
