What You’ll Do – Hybrid GS/Service Advisor A dynamic role supporting both shop workflow and customer service. General Service Technician Responsibilities Perform tire services, oil changes & fluid services Assist with basic diagnostics & mechanical repairs (brakes, alignments, suspension, cooling, electrical) Maintain a clean, safe, organized shop environment Support technicians & complete tasks that keep the shop running smoothly Service Advisor Responsibilities Greet customers, answer calls & manage service workflows Enter customer/vehicle data into shop software Assign work orders & communicate effectively with technicians Build estimates, review recommendations & obtain customer authorizations Keep customers updated and ensure a smooth pickup/payment process What You Bring 6+ months experience in auto service or trade school preferred [Hyrbrid gs-sa | Word] Customer service experience (3+ months) [Hyrbrid gs-sa | Word] Strong communication, computer skills & a desire to learn Valid driver’s license & ability to perform road tests A team-first mindset—no job too big or too small Why Join GreatWater 360 Auto Care?
