A positive attitude and your own tools are also requirements. Emissions tester or ASE certifications a plus. Automotive Technician Qualifications: Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, Tire Changing Equipment, Tire Balancers, Wheel Alignment Equipment, etc. High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree or ASE certifications a definite plus. Valid Drivers License that meets insurance guidelines. Personally owned tools required to complete jobs independently. Job Type: Full-time
