  • Knowledge of basic tools, materials, and construction methods is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
  • A personal vehicle is considered an asset due to varying job site locations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Perform a variety of physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, demolition, and carrying materials.
  • Support carpenters, foremen, and tradespeople with project-specific duties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site.
  • Operate hand tools, basic power tools, and construction equipment under supervision.
  • Follow all site safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and reporting any hazards or issues.
  • Travel between various sites in Calgary and the surrounding area as required.
  • Take direction from supervisors and work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
