About BYD Hungary BYD Hungary is central to BYD's European strategy, with its European headquarters located in Budapest. About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategically positioned General Specialist. Based in Hungary, Budapest, this position will be responsible for supporting our business operations in Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily administrative affairs of the NSC office in Hungary and address ad-hoc administrative needs of business departments, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. 2. Review, sign contracts for, and accept purchase requests for fixed assets (such as office supplies, equipment, and power cards) and consumables (stationery, printing paper, etc.) in the NSC offices in Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland. Establish asset ledgers, track asset usage, and regularly conduct inventory checks and dispose of idle/obsolete assets. 3. Liaise with service providers, manage the company fleet, develop vehicle usage guidelines, track maintenance and costs, and regularly reconcile payments with finance. 4. Regularly review and standardize the implementation of internal management policies and processes (such as travel standards and procurement approval processes) within the Hungarian, Austrian, and Swiss NSC offices, and update localized operational policies. 5. Book travel itineraries for employees, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budgets, and guide employees on the company's expense reimbursement system. 6. Quickly respond to ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superiors and relevant departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience related, preferably in a generalist or specialist role. In-depth knowledge of admin practices, including employee relations, fiance recipes management, and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Chinese and Hungarian and English. German or other language proficiency is an advantage.
