Our work covers buildings, civil infrastructure, water, industrial and rail.
Graham has completed projects in Saskatchewan ranging from the North Battleford Hospital to the Chief Mistawasis Bridge.
As a Buildings Superintendent you will plan, organize and direct Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages in its life cycle. From foundations & structures to interior & completions, you will lead your team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You will be relied upon to manage, direct and most importantly mentor field personnel including junior Superintendents ensuring that your team is equipped to drive the projects forward.
Our Superintendents manage work from tenant improvements to JVs and P3s. If you are ready for the challenge, the team is waiting to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Varying years of experience will be considered: 15-20 years of construction experience and a minimum of 10-15 years in a supervisor capacity role
  • Proficiency in structural concrete, steel and timber frame construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with values $50-100M
  • Proven ability to lead several mid-sized teams
  • Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule
  • Look-ahead multiple years of planning work
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes
