Responsibilities: Your role is to provide management, supervision and technical support to Power Plant Team. You will ensure the responsibilities for Power house production and distribution: MAN, and Caterpillar Generators, including their auxiliaries’ systems. Maintain safety standards in maintaining the Power Plant availability and functionality 24/7; by satisfying the users electrical energy demand and planned maintenance task accomplishment. Required skills: You have a solid experience in operation and maintenance practices associated with Diesel Engines; You have high skills on Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, hydraulics and pneumatics systems; You have a strong organizational and priority management skills; You have a good level of English and French; You have a solid knowledge of the Office pack (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point and Access) and Maintenance and Planification Management Systems (EAM, MS-Project, Others); At least 5 years' experience in progressive Supervisory roles and 10 years’ relevant experience in Diesel Engines, heavy equipment; You have a Master degree in Diesel Engines Mechanic or Electro-mechanical or equivalent.
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for providing management, supervision, and technical support to the Power Plant Team, ensuring the production and distribution capabilities of MAN and Caterpillar Generators, including auxiliary systems. This includes maintaining safety standards to ensure 24/7 power plant availability and functionality while meeting user electrical energy demands and planned maintenance schedules.
