To build our elite team, we are seeking an experienced General Surgeon who shares our vision and is ready to become a core member of our founding medical team.
Role Summary
We are hiring a General Surgeon with a valid MOH license and solid UAE practice experience to perform a wide range of surgical procedures while supporting our multidisciplinary medical team.
The right candidate will have refined surgical expertise, excellent clinical judgment and a passion for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care within a high-end clinical setting.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform general and laparoscopic surgeries (abdominal, gastrointestinal, hernia and related procedures)
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and design personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists and wellness practitioners for holistic care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with MOH regulations and medical best practices
• Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring smooth recovery and follow-ups
• Participate in case discussions, CME activities and promotional/educational initiatives when required
• Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, safety protocols and innovations in general surgery

Requirements & Skills

• Valid MOH License as a General Surgeon (essential)
• Minimum 3 years of UAE practice experience in general surgery (required)
• Strong proficiency in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical procedures
• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, patient counseling and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, professionalism and confidentiality
• Immediate availability preferred
