Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues in guest rooms and public areas. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, machinery, and utility systems to ensure proper operation. Carry out minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and finishing work as required. Assist in the operation and maintenance of pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems. Support senior technicians and engineers in large-scale maintenance projects or installations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshops and maintenance areas. Record maintenance activities and report any major faults or safety hazards to supervisors. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with resort and regulatory standards. Provide technical support during emergencies, such as power outages or water system issues. Qualifications Post-secondary graduate in ITI/Diploma Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with multi-trades.
