Job Description Summary Perform an array of hand-skilled processes and operation of machines and test equipment for gas turbine component repairs. This role reports to the Operations Leader. Job Description Essential Responsibilities : This role performs a combination of tasks, but are not limited to the following: - Perform blending and polishing on metal and coating surfaces - Perform manual drilling in the cooling hole re-opening process - Operate test equipment such as airflow, waterflow and moment weighing - Operate machines such as robotic polisher, shot peening and cold spraying - Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules - Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and report immediately any unsafe practices/conditions - Support other area of work as assigned Qualifications/Requirements : - Completed Secondary level or higher education. Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. - 2 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
