Job Description

• To maintain a full and working knowledge of housing hardware, operating systems, and supporting tools available in the market today.
• To ensure that monthly PPM in all the block, assign by Housing Manager/Supervisor are executed in a timely manner.
• To be in charge of with the overall maintenance of the housing, including attending timely to maintenance requests from Team Members.
• To be available on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
• To maintain housing stocks items and keep proper inventory of material and tolls required.
• To maintain the team member’s requests calls in Message box application and close in timely basis.
• To courteously enter rooms of Team Members especially within the female block and uphold integrity and honesty at all times.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Ability to apply analytical methods to understand and solve problems
• Ability to apply basic cost benefits analysis principles as part of project/modification considerations
• Experience in overall maintenance in housing
