GENERAL WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – STOCK REPLENISHMENT

• Full-time hours available - Mon - Fri Full-time 8:30am - 5pm
• Starting salary £12.60 per hour reviewed after completion of 3 month probation period
• Salary paid monthly 28th of each month
• 28 days holiday to include bank holidays and public holidays

Partridges are a family owned and run business providing fulfilment solutions, direct mailing, marketing merchandise and print facilities to a variety of clients, predominantly charities.
Our fulfilment (pick, pack and despatch) service has grown considerably over recent years.
Along with web based shop orders we also provide pack make-up and a variety of mailing requirements.
We are accredited by Royal Mail, providing area sortation before our mailings are collected.
All our services are bespoke to our individual customer’s needs, meaning the work is very varied.
We’re looking for a new team member to focus primarily on keeping our picking locations fully stocked, organised, and replenished to a high standard. This is a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our fulfilment operation.
While the main responsibility is stock replenishment, the role will also involve supporting the goods-in team and other areas of the warehouse when required. You will be working closely with our Stock Controller and must be comfortable adapting to new systems – including a new Warehouse Management System being implemented later this year, so this new role will continue to grow and evolve.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Counterbalance Forklift trained/licenced - Reach truck licenced an advantage

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Desborough NN14 2WD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence - either in-house or personal licence? (required)
