JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various assembly processes. This role involves working with a variety of tools and machinery to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC machinery is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to assembly tasks.
  • Experience with cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform quality inspections on assembled products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy in measurements and alignment.
  • Operate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and plasma cutting equipment to fabricate parts as needed.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, including welding and quality inspection of finished products.
  • Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as press brake machines and CNC laser cutting equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in training sessions for new technologies or processes related to manufacturing and assembly.
