In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Kernel Products Sdn Bhd Job Description JOB PURPOSE Membantu Fitter Mekanik memberi khidmat teknikal (mekanikal) dengan cekap dan berkesan supaya operasi dapat berjalan lancar dengan kos yang optimum KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Menjalankan semua kerja-kerja pemeriksaan dan senggaraan kilang. 2. Bertanggungjawab membuat kerja-kerja pembaikan setelah menerima laporan kerosakan 3. Menjalankan kerja-kerja senggaraan (preventive dan breakdown) berdasarkan arahan foreman. 4. Memastikan mesin dan alat jentera beroperasi secara cekap dan efisien 5. Memastikan segala tatacara kerja dan peraturan kilang dipatuhi oleh petugas pada setiap masa. 6. Kepatuhan kepada ISO, MSPO, GMP+FSA, RSPO, MPOB Code Of Practic, Environment Act, Akta Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 (AKKP), Akta Buruh dan lain-lain akta yang berkaitan. KEY SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES Berkolaborasi dengan Ibu Pejabat, Pengurusan Kilang dan bahagian-bahagian lain agar bertambah baik dan sepakat menuju ke arah kejayaan kilang. COMPETENCIES Kepimpinan Daya penyelesaian masalah Pemikiran yang kreatif dan inovatif Komunikasi yang berkesan KEY CHALLENGES Mengawal kadar kehilangan minyak (loses) Final Press Mengawal dan meningkatkan kadar throughput press. Memastikan tiada downtime kilang disebabkan kerosakan bahagian mekanikal PARAMETERS FOR SUCCESS / DIMENSIONS Meminimakan breakdown mesin dan jentera. Memastikan throughput & oil loses mesin pemerah mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan. FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group. Responsibilities

Assist the mechanical fitter by providing efficient technical support to ensure smooth operations. Conduct inspections and maintenance of the factory machinery and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
