Description
Responsibilities Surface Preparation Assist in clearing and preparing work sites by removing debris, vegetation, and existing pavement materials. Assist with excavation and grading as needed. Set up traffic control measures, including cones, barriers, and signs. Pavement Resurfacing Spread, level, and compact asphalt or concrete using hand tools and machinery. Assist in pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces. Operate basic equipment such as rakes, shovels, tampers, and power tools. Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate small machinery such as plate compactors, jackhammers, and concrete saws under supervision. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Safety Compliance Follow all workplace safety guidelines and regulations. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. General Labour and Support Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Assist skilled workers as needed. Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite. Code & Ethic Works Attendance to site as scheduled. Report to team leader if have emergency or any medical leave. Dress code at site must be proper and follow guidelines. Requirements Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent. Prior experience in road maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long hours.
Responsibilities
