WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Deliver hands-on pottery and ceramics training, guiding prisoners through practical work and vocational qualifications
• Lead and manage the daily operation of the ceramics workshop, ensuring safety, structure, and productivity
• Encourage creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a secure learning environment
• Contribute to the production of commercial goods, supporting product quality and workflow planning
• Uphold health & safety and security standards, including tool control and routine checks
• Promote positive routines and help prisoners develop transferable employment skills for life after custody
