Your tasks

• Handling of import and export shipments (EU and third countries, including China, Switzerland, USA), including customs documents, Incoterms and freight forwarding coordination.
• Origin of goods and preference calculations as well as customs tariff classification (HS codes) of our components
• Operational warehouse logistics: goods receipt, order picking and shipping of components to our construction sites and customers
• Coordination & planning of material flows (dropshipping, warehouse shipping, spare parts)
• Maintenance of logistics-relevant master data and processes in our ERP system (Odoo)
• Support for adjacent areas — e.g. purchasing, order processing or warehousing — wherever extra hands are needed.
