This is a hands-on role for a grounded generalist lawyer. You’ll carry your own files with support around you and be trusted to use your judgment. Your work will span:

• Family Law – parenting, property, divorce, binding financial agreements, child support, intervention orders
• Property Law/Conveyancing – residential and commercial matters, contracts, settlements, leases
• Wills & Estates – Wills, POAs, advanced care directives, probate, and estate administration

You’ll also:

• attend court, mediation, and negotiations when needed
• manage files in Smokeball (our practice management software)
• keep your time, tasks, and billing sharp
• be a reliable voice for your clients and a steady presence for the team
