At Chapter 2, we’re seeking a forward-thinking Generalist Sourcing Specialist who excels in building pipelines, mapping markets, and creating meaningful connections with top talent across industries.
In this role, you will partner with one of our clients to deeply understand their hiring ambitions, design innovative sourcing strategies, and proactively engage with talent that drives long-term success. This is an opportunity to act as a strategic advisor—influencing how talent is identified, engaged, and nurtured.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who enjoys networking, headhunting, and digging deeper than job boards.
  • A curious, innovative mindset – you’re always looking for smarter ways to find talent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust
  • Strong stakeholder management
Responsibilities
  • Building and nurturing long-term talent pipelines.
  • Using a mix of sourcing channels, market research, and tools to find the best talent.
  • Partnering closely with our client’s stakeholders to understand hiring goals.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador to deliver a first-class candidate experience.
  • Bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to challenge and improve sourcing practices.
