Description
1. BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the Certification Process for all hourly employees and report progress. Ensures time and attendance information for payroll is processed with accurate information, providing on-time reports and approvals for payroll team (GFSS). Prepares and sends all the appropriate reports to the IMSS within the time limits established. Audits information in both systems regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency with support of HR Services. Labor Relations: 1. Coordinate activities related to personnel services as: Cafeteria and transportation achieving employee high satisfaction and engagement. Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor law. Coordinates and ensures monthly programs and plant activities, such as rewards and recognitions, anniversaries, monthly meetings, roundtables, etc., are carried out on timely manner. Perform, maintain and follow up all monthly HR reports as required. Supports in the organization and coordination of company parties and events. Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: OpA, Employee Survey, MESH, Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our processes or practices aligned to achieve or business goals and/objectives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: At least 3 years in payroll, labor relations, and training functions. Knowledge: Payroll processes and HR systems (Experience in TRESS system is required). Mexican labor law and regulations. Training and development metrics. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of staff. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, SIRCE, IDSE, Fonacot and Infonavit sites, etc. Attention to detail and organizational ability. Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
