JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Proficient with MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in medical manufacturing industries (Desirable)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Solid communications skills and stakeholders management
- Handling confidential information
- Demonstrable organizational skills and teamwork

Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate onboarding processes for new hires in the company. This includes managing logistics, preparing documents and files, and coordinating any other requirements for sessions throughout the year.
- Lead and coordinate internal communications for the company. This involves reviewing and providing recommendations to requestors regarding grammar, content quality, and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Coordinate and execute internal company activities and events throughout the year. Responsibilities include liaising with external suppliers, negotiating with clients, managing agendas, and controlling budgets.
- Implement projects in the Human Resources Department in alignment with the established strategy.
- Support employees and company leaders throughout the performance evaluation process.
- Guide internal customers on standard compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the internal policies of the Human Resources Department.
- Support internal clients in handling disciplinary matters to ensure compliance with local employment laws and recommend best practices.
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
- Coordinate periodic updates of job descriptions with relevant departments.
- Implement, follow up and participate in the action plans of the different organizational climate surveys, whether at the corporate or departmental level.
- Act as SME in some HR processes, such as, Talent Acquisition and Audits, Offboarding, Onboarding, TM and Culture, Diversity.
- Manages the end-to-end billing process of the Human Resources area.
- All other functions inherent to the position and those assigned by their immediate superior.
