JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves close collaboration with management to lead initiatives in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you play a central role in providing daily support to employees and managers, while actively contributing to talent development initiatives, performance management, and enhancing the overall employee experience. You serve as a trusted link between teams and leadership, promoting a positive, equitable, and growth-oriented work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including responsibilities in talent management and employee development.
EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor, discretion, and strong customer service orientation.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Bilingualism in French and English. This position requires proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, due to the bilingual nature of the work environment and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Collaborate on talent management initiatives: identify, develop, and support high-potential employees.
