Generative AI Engineer - Daily rate up to €600

A leading global insurance organisation is embarking on an ambitious greenfield AI transformation, building AI agents from the ground up to create the next generation of an AI-native insurance platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Generative AI Engineer with strong Python and backend engineering expertise who wants to work at the forefront of agentic AI. This is not a role focused on deploying or integrating existing AI solutions - you will be designing, building and engineering intelligent agents from first principles.

If you’re excited by solving problems that don’t yet have established answers, experimenting with new agent architectures, and writing the underlying Python/backend software that makes autonomous AI systems possible, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the technology from day one.

• You Will:Build AI agents from scratch using Python and Azure
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

• Skills / Experience:Strong backend/Python development experience
• Experience building AI agents
• Start up environment experience/Small teams
