About the job

🔔 Founding AI Engineer | Build the Future of AI-Driven Commerce📍 Rotterdam, Netherlands (5 Days On-Site)💰 €100k – €140k🚀 €100M Revenue | Over Half a Million Customers | AI-First Scale-Up

What if you could build AI systems that directly influence the revenue, operations and future direction of a €100M business?

I'm working with one of Europe's most ambitious technology companies as they rebuild their entire platform from the ground up using AI. This isn't a business experimenting with AI. AI is becoming the operating system of the company.

From dynamic pricing and procurement automation to intelligent content generation and customer journey optimisation, every core system is being redesigned for an agentic future.

They're now looking for a Founding AI Engineer to work directly alongside the executive leadership team, helping define what gets built next and owning the commercial outcomes that follow.

This is a rare opportunity for a builder who combines exceptional technical ability with founder-level commercial instinct.
