You’ll be our Gen AI scout, prototype builder, and client enabler—all in one. We’re looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about a new LLM release, can build a working demo before lunch, and explain why it matters—clearly and confidently. You’re not here to chase hype — you want to explore what’s possible and help teams and clients build what’s useful. This role blends research, rapid prototyping, client enablement, and internal education. You’ll dive into new tools, test ideas fast, shape solution concepts, and help people across the company make smarter, more confident GenAI decisions. From discovery sessions to internal knowledge sharing, you’ll be the person turning “what’s new” into “what’s next.” The sweet spot: you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy rapid experimentation, think critically, and turn GenAI into real value — for real people.
REQUIREMENTS
Practical Gen AI Experience
- Built Gen AI prototypes such as hackathon projects, PoCs, demo apps, notebooks, or course/university projects.
- Can translate between technical and business contexts, explaining RAG systems to developers and value propositions to executives.
Curiosity and Continuous Learning
- Stay up to date with model releases, frameworks, research papers, and new tools
- Comfortable figuring things out independently rather than following predefined playbooks.
- Energized by ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Strong Communication Skills
- Turn complex AI concepts into simple, compelling stories with clear next steps.
- Confident presenting to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Bonus: Actively share ideas and insights through social media, blog posts, conference talks, or community discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience applying Gen AI in real or self-initiated projects—this could come from previous work, consulting, side projects, or research.
- Ability to build quick Gen AI demos or prototypes using notebooks, low-code platforms, or lightweight scripting (e.g., Python, JS).
- Familiarity with Gen AI and ML fundamentals such as LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), with a focus on practical integration into business workflows.
- Comfort working across functions (e.g., R&D, Sales, Product, Marketing) and adjusting communication to different audiences.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, workshops, and internal collaboration.
- Track record of sharing insights publicly through social media, blog posts, conference talks, or technical tutorials.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Contributed to open-source Gen AI projects or maintained AI-related repositories
- Background in software, consulting, or product companies, with exposure to delivering technology-driven solutions
- Active in Gen AI communities like Hugging Face, LangChain Slack, AI Discord servers, or Reddit AI forums.
- Exposure to research via academic papers, arXiv submissions, or involvement in applied research groups.
BENEFITS
- Real ownership of ideas, experiments, and prototypes that shape how we and our clients adopt Gen AI.
- A place on a focused R&D team that bridges research and real-world use
- Freedom to explore—if you spot a promising tool, idea, or use case, we’ll back you to run with it
- Clients across industries, from healthcare to logistics, all looking for practical Gen AI value
- A culture of curiosity, transparency, and zero office politics—where people speak up, support each other, and value impact over ego
- Competitive compensation, adjusted for experience and location
