We’re looking for a creative and adaptable trainer who can design and deliver engaging workshops, coach teams, and help businesses unlock productivity through AI-powered tools. The Job: Training Design & Delivery Develop and deliver training sessions on GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney). Customise learning pathways for business functions (e.g. marketing, design, operations). Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching. Curriculum Development Design structured training content, including case studies, exercises, and assessments. Keep content updated with latest GenAI tools, practices, and regulatory considerations. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs. Gather feedback and adjust programmes for relevance and effectiveness. Coaching & Enablement Provide individual and group coaching on applied GenAI use. Support adoption through practical examples and productivity hacks. The Person: 2-4 years’ experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles. Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks). Strong communication and facilitation skills. Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning. Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.
