Responsibilities Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to develop and fine-tune generative AI models for specific use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training. Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and architectures to improve model performance and accuracy. Optimize models for real-time inference and scalability, ensuring efficient deployment across platforms. Experiment with hyperparameters and model configurations to enhance the quality and output of generative AI solutions. Stay current with industry advancements in generative AI to identify opportunities for innovation. Provide technical expertise to integrate generative AI solutions into products and services. Document findings, processes, and model metrics for continuous improvement and team knowledge sharing. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers. Proven experience in fine-tuning and optimizing generative AI models (e.g., GANs, diffusion models, LLMs). Familiarity with data preprocessing for NLP, computer vision, or multimodal applications. Solid understanding of hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools for scaling AI solutions. Proficiency with version control systems like Git and experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for exploring innovative AI techniques. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields. Experience deploying fine-tuned generative models into production systems. Familiarity with MLOps practices for model automation, monitoring, and scaling. Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or research publications.
