Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Testing: Genesis Auto Technicians use specialized diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot issues with vehicle systems, including the engine, transmission, electrical systems, and onboard computer systems.
  • Repair and Maintenance: They perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, such as engine repairs, brake replacements, suspension work, and regular maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Parts Replacement: When necessary, they replace worn or damaged parts with genuine Genesis components to ensure the vehicle’s reliability and safety.
  • Software Updates: With the increasing integration of technology in Genesis vehicles, technicians may also be responsible for updating software and firmware to address performance issues and enhance vehicle features.
  • Quality Control: Genesis Auto Technicians adhere to manufacturer specifications and quality control standards to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out accurately and safely.
