POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Architect to design, implement, and optimize Genesys-based contact centre solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Genesys technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions.

In your first few weeks in this Architect role, you can expect to:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance system functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance on Genesys Cloud Architect to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain bill plans in alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure the contact Center infrastructure is robust and scalable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement best practices for system security and data protection.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Genesys Cloud technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
  • Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys Cloud technologies.

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Proven experience as a Genesys Architect, with relevant experience in designing and implementing Genesys solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and development (e.g., Java, Python, or Genesys Routing Scripting).
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications protocols (SIP, VoIP, etc.) and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
  • Certification in Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional or Architect).
  • Experience with workforce management (WFM) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
